Lisa J. Grushcow is the senior rabbi of Temple Emanu-El Beth Shalom in Montreal . A graduate of McGill University , a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford where she earned a master and doctoral degree, followed by ordination at the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in 2003. She is the author of Writing the Wayward Wife: Rabbinic Interpretations of Sotah and contributed to The Torah: A Women’s Commentary. She is the editor of The Sacred Encounter: Jewish Perspectives on Sexuality(2014).
Walter Jacob is President of the Abraham Geiger College in Berlin/Potsdam ; Senior Scholar of Rodef Shalom Congregation, Pittsburgh , Pennsylvania ; President of the Freehof Institute of Progressive Halakhah and Past President of the Central Conference of American Rabbis. Jason Rosenberg is the Rabbi of Congregation Beth Am in Tampa , Florida . After majoring in computer science at Brown University , he was a software engineer before studying for the rabbinate. He 1s a past chair of the Tampa Rabbinical Association, served on the board of the Central Conference of American Rabbis and the Hillel School of Tampa , and is currently on the board of the Tampa Jewish Federation.
